  • We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but delays caused by weather, courier services, holidays, or inaccurate shipping information are beyond our control.

Packing Time

  • Orders are typically packed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you for approval to exchange. Upon confirmation, your order will be shipped without unnecessary delay.

Important Order & Address Notes

  • Damage caused by custom inspections or handling

  • Wear and tear or misuse

  • Cracked or broken glass (unless caused during shipping)

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service.
